My Criminal Defense Practice
I handle the defense of a broad range of criminal charges in the state courts in Florida, including:
- DUI/DWI: I handle all matters related to DUI or drunk driving charges, from the administrative hearing regarding your driving privileges to the trial and, if necessary, sentencing. I will investigate the circumstances surrounding your DUI arrest, looking at whether the police had probable cause to make the traffic stop, and whether field sobriety and blood alcohol tests were conducted correctly.
- Criminal traffic violations: In addition to DUI/DWI, I handle BUI/BWI and driving while suspended or revoked, driving without a license, speeding tickets, reckless driving or other serious traffic matters which can result in a jail sentence.
- Drug cases: I represent clients in all types of misdemeanor and felony drug crimes, including possession, intent to sell, cultivation and manufacturing.
- Battery and assault: If you have been accused of physically injuring another person and are charged with battery or assault, I can help.
- Domestic violence: I represent the accused in all related domestic violence issues, including criminal proceedings involving protective orders.
