Restraining Orders
In most domestic violence cases, the alleged victim will seek out a restraining order or order of protection against the alleged attacker. I work hard to see that the restraining order is not issued or the terms of the order are reasonable. We can ask the Court to terminate the Order or seek Modification of the terms of the Order. We can try to get the Court to allow you to talk with the other person or even go home again.
